T'ai Chi & Qi Gong with Mike Gentile
Double Dip Pool & Land Bootcamp
Summer is here! Beat the heat with Coach Jody F. during a 4-week bootcamp geared toward cooling you off while heating up your workout. We will focus on improving strength through pool and land based bootcamp style exercises accompanied with running/walking. Think water bucket carry, aqua running, aqua dumbells, sprint swims, and good ol’ fashion body weight workouts on deck. All fitness levels are welcome. Participants must be able to swim 50 yards.
When: July 11 – August 1, Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30pm
Where: YWCA Pool and Outside
Rate: YWCA Members $40 ($15 for a drop-in) and Non-Members $60 ($20 for a drop in)

Take Your First Step
Join coaches Mark C. and Jody F. for a 6-week run/walk training program. Once a week, group runs support your Coach provided training plan. We will culminate with the Yiasou Greek Festival 5k (optional) on August 24th.
Flick 'N Float
Mom and Dad – leave the kids with us and enjoy a night out! We’ll be screening Disney’s Dumbo (2019) in our pool. Float back, relax, and enjoy the show. Your child must be able to float unsupported for at least five seconds on front and back; able to swim five yards of front and back crawl without assistance. Children must be nine years or older. (For children younger than 9, an adult must accompany them.)
Have fun with a 60-minute high intensity swim class. Get your heart rate pumping, sprinting and strengthening with exercise intervals while increasing endurance. *Not a learn-to-swim or stroke clinic. **Must be able to swim 400yds freestyle.
Run MC Run Clinic
*Must be able to run 1-mile non-stop.

YDub Tri Club
Have you ever wanted to compete in a triathlon? From first timers to experienced competitors, we offer seasonal group and 1:1 trainings. Led by certified USAT Coach Jody Frazier and her team of coaches, you’ll be led step-by-step through swimming, biking and running drills over a multi-week period. Build friendships with your fellow athletes and feel the pride of crossing the finish line. The session includes a practice triathlon, preview of the race course and an abundance of support from your fellow YDubbers. Check this page seasonally for training and fee information.
