Tai Chi & Qigong with Mike Gentile
Push Past The Obstacle
Want a more dynamic workout, preparing for an obstacle course, need a bootcamp? This is the program for you. Push, pull, climb, crawl and get stronger! This bootcamp, led by Joe G and Jody F, will be preparing participants for the upcoming Sprint Spartan Race on April 7 (participation in the Spartan Race is optional).
Kids Camp Crazy
Join Drew for this 6 week program of fun kids activities. There will be games, relay races, art & crafts, science projects and more! At ‘Camp Crazy’ kids will laugh, learn, run, jump, and grow! For children ages 5-11. (Drop offs welcome).
Beyond the Mat: Functional Pilates - 'What? Why? How?'
What is Functional Pilates? Why do we move in all these directions? How is this beneficial to the body? Join Melissa in actively practicing and discussing the meaning of Functional Movement in Pilates. This will challenge you to look deeper into Pilates with your movements: Flexion, Extension, Lateral Flexion and Rotation. Be prepared to workout, learn more about the magic of Pilates and have fun! Participants must by 16 years old and up. Mats are available or you can bring your own.
Beyond the Mat: Yoga for Stress and Anxiety Reduction
Explore some tools that will help you in your daily life, using the practice of breath (pranayama) and poses (asana) from the yogic perspective. You may decrease stress and anxiety and allow for greater rest and focus. Participants must by 18 years old and up and able to get down and up from the floor. Mats are available or you may bring your own.
Swim Your Way Thin
Join Coach Lisa F has she helps you with your fitness goals by using metabolic swim and water exercise intervals to maximize calorie burn and increase your metabolic rate during and after your workouts! This is a 4-week swim workout series, not a swim lesson or a “how to swim” program. All participants must be able to swim 400 yards freestyle.

YDub Tri Club
Have you ever wanted to compete in a triathlon? From first timers to experienced competitors, we offer seasonal group and 1:1 trainings. Led by certified USAT Coach Jody Frazier and her team of coaches, you’ll be led step-by-step through swimming, biking and running drills over a multi-week period. Build friendships with your fellow athletes and feel the pride of crossing the finish line. The session includes a practice triathlon, preview of the race course and an abundance of support from your fellow YDubbers. Check this page seasonally for training and fee information.
