Hillside Light Night
You’re invited to join Industrial Strength Fitness for the annual Hillside Light Night Run/Walk. Non-competitive 2, 3, and 3.6 routes will be available along Hillside Avenue’s beautiful Winter decorations. YWCA Members and Non-Members are welcome. Please dress in reflective clothing. Headlamps encouraged and strollers welcome.

Wellness Seminar: Holiday Portion Control
Avoiding portion distortion can be hard. How can you get portions under control and how does plate size impact portion size? What are the healthy snack alternatives at a holiday party? We’re diving in to all the questions we face when it comes to the holidays and food. Join YWCA and Profile by Sanford for this wellness seminar. Healthy snacks will be provided.
Seasonal Special Programs:
YDub Tri Club
Have you ever wanted to compete in a triathlon? From first timers to experienced competitors, we offer seasonal group and 1:1 trainings. Led by certified USAT Coach Jody Frazier and her team of coaches, you’ll be led step-by-step through swimming, biking and running drills over a multi-week period. Build friendships with your fellow athletes and feel the pride of crossing the finish line. The session includes a practice triathlon, preview of the race course and an abundance of support from your fellow YDubbers. Check this page seasonally for training and fee information.
