Current Special Programs:
High School Sports Conditioning & Strength Camp
Ends: February 27
Meets: Thursdays at 6pm – 7pm
Where: Industrial Strength Fitness Gymnasium
Rates: YWCA Members: $80, Non-Members: $120
Master Your Swim
Ends: March 31
Meets: Tuesdays at 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Where: Indoor Pool
Rates: $100 for all 12 classes, $50 for 5 class drop-ins, $15 for a single class drop-in
February Wellness Seminar: Healthy Heart
Join YWCA’s Director of Fitness for a comprehensive, educational seminar on how to keep your cardiovascular system healthy and how to prevent and manage cardiovascular disease. Learn how high cholesterol and high blood pressure affect the heart and brain, what cholesterol and blood pressure numbers really mean, what foods raise and lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, and how important exercise is in prevention and helping counter high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
Where: YWCA’s Board Room
Rates: $10 (Open to everyone, YWCA Members & Non-Members alike)

YDub Tri Club
Have you ever wanted to compete in a triathlon? From first timers to experienced competitors, we offer seasonal group and 1:1 trainings. Led by certified USAT Coach Jody Frazier and her team of coaches, you’ll be led step-by-step through swimming, biking and running drills over a multi-week period. Build friendships with your fellow athletes and feel the pride of crossing the finish line. The session includes a practice triathlon, preview of the race course and an abundance of support from your fellow YDubbers. Check this page seasonally for training and fee information.
