Current Special Programs:
Holiday Hustle & Flow
Holiday Hustle & Flow provides the perfect outlet to sweat away holiday stress, beat the holiday blues and workout your way through the season! Coaches Joe G and Jody F will provide both indoor and outdoor boot camp classes that will have you flipping tires, pushing sleds and climbing ropes! The session will end on 12/1 with a friendly competitive 3-mile neighborhood route with exercise stations along the way. All fitness levels are welcome and workout gloves are encouraged.
When: Thursdays at 7 – 7:50pm & Saturdays at 9 – 9:50am
Starts: Thursday, November 1 (No Class Thanksgiving Week)
Ends: Saturday, December 1
Where: Industrial Strength Gym at The YWCA
Cost: $75 for all eight class series or $15 for drop-ins
Registration: Through the Mindbody app or in person at the YWCA. The app is available in the APP store. Then, search Industrial Strength Fitness and complete your registration.

YDub Tri Club
Have you ever wanted to compete in a triathlon? From first timers to experienced competitors, we offer seasonal group and 1:1 trainings. Led by certified USAT Coach Jody Frazier and her team of coaches, you’ll be led step-by-step through swimming, biking and running drills over a multi-week period. Build friendships with your fellow athletes and feel the pride of crossing the finish line. The session includes a practice triathlon, preview of the race course and an abundance of support from your fellow YDubbers. Check this page seasonally for training and fee information.
