Have you ever wanted to compete in a triathlon? From first timers to experienced competitors, we offer seasonal group and 1:1 trainings.  Led by certified USAT coach Jody Frazier and Coach Lisa Farnick, you'll be led step-by-step through swimming, biking, and running drills over a multi-week period.  Build friendships with your fellow athletes and feel the pride of crossing the finish line. The session includes a practice triathlon, preview of the race course, and an abundance of support from your fellow YDubbers.  Check the website seasonally for training and fee information. For Questions, or to be notified of upcoming events, contact: Jody Frazier at ydubtriclubcharlotte@ywcacentracarolinas.org
