Current Special Programs:
Fitness Bingo Challenge
Join this fun free challenge to motivate you in the New Year and try new forms of exercise! Go at your own pace! Some must do’s:
- Complete between 1/1 – 2/28. Each winning board receives a YWCA wrist sweat band!
- Track your completed classes and reps on the Bingo Board below. You have 2 months to complete!
- May not count the same workout twice on the board. Same classes on different days count!
- Complete the entire board (every square) and be entered in to win a free month of YWCA fitness!
Tai Chi & Qigong with Mike Gentile
Commit to your New Year’s goals by joining coaches Joe and Jody in this 4 week, 8 session bootcamp. Training leads to a 5k race on February 9, 2019.
Kids Camp Crazy
Join Drew for this 6 week program of fun kids activities. There will be games, relay races, art & crafts, science projects and more! At ‘Camp Crazy’ kids will laugh, learn, run, jump, and grow! For children ages 6-11.
Seasonal Special Programs:
YDub Tri Club
Have you ever wanted to compete in a triathlon? From first timers to experienced competitors, we offer seasonal group and 1:1 trainings. Led by certified USAT Coach Jody Frazier and her team of coaches, you’ll be led step-by-step through swimming, biking and running drills over a multi-week period. Build friendships with your fellow athletes and feel the pride of crossing the finish line. The session includes a practice triathlon, preview of the race course and an abundance of support from your fellow YDubbers. Check this page seasonally for training and fee information.
