Holiday Hustle & Flow
Sweat away holiday stress! Join Coach Joe G. for an indoor/outdoor bootcamp that will have you flipping tires, pushing sleds and climbing ropes! We will end the session with a friendly competitive 3-mile neighborhood route with exercise stations along the way on Saturday, 11/23.
Self Defense Classes
Wellness Seminar - Sugar, Sugar, Sugar
November is National Diabetes month. This seminar will take a comprehensive look at what sugar really is down to its
most simple form and how it impacts our metabolic system. We will discuss various forms of sugar from carbohydrates to fruit and why all living things need sugar to survive. Then we’ll take a look at the American diet “full of sugar” which has led to an increase of obesity in the United States that can potentially lead to chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. This seminar will be led by YWCA’s Director of Fitness, Starr Gargiullo.
"The Challenge" - A Holiday Hustle & Flow Event
Industrial Strength Fitness’ Holiday Hustle & Flow Bootcamp ends with a challenge for all participants, but you don’t need to take the bootcamp to join in on the fitness fun! All fitness levels are welcome to join in on the 5K neighborhood run/walk course that has exercise stops along the way!

Hillside Light Night
You’re invited to join Industrial Strength Fitness for the annual Hillside Light Night Run/Walk. Non-competitive 2, 3, and 3.6 routes will be available along Hillside Avenue’s beautiful Winter decorations. YWCA Members and Non-Members are welcome. Please dress in reflective clothing. Headlamps encouraged and strollers welcome.

Wellness Seminar: Holiday Portion Control
Avoiding portion distortion can be hard. How can you get portions under control and how does plate size impact portion size? What are the healthy snack alternatives at a holiday party? We’re diving in to all the questions we face when it comes to the holidays and food. Join YWCA and Profile by Sanford for this wellness seminar. Healthy snacks will be provided.

YDub Tri Club
Have you ever wanted to compete in a triathlon? From first timers to experienced competitors, we offer seasonal group and 1:1 trainings. Led by certified USAT Coach Jody Frazier and her team of coaches, you’ll be led step-by-step through swimming, biking and running drills over a multi-week period. Build friendships with your fellow athletes and feel the pride of crossing the finish line. The session includes a practice triathlon, preview of the race course and an abundance of support from your fellow YDubbers. Check this page seasonally for training and fee information.
