It was a powerful and amazing afternoon Uptown today, speaking with our friends and neighbors and sharing hopes, pledges, and a little drumming to bring an end to racism in the Queen City. Throughout the year we offer forums for safe discussion, movie screenings and even book clubs to help bring about the difficult conversations we need for social change. We are a team of all backgrounds, races and experiences: but we have the same goal: to eliminate racism, empower women and promote peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.
