Clinton L. Reynolds, MA

Regional Director of Youth Programs

Serving as the Regional Director of Youth Programs for YWCA Central Carolinas, Clinton oversees the eight Youth Learning Centers in Mecklenburg and Union Counties. He is responsible for leading and advancing YWCA Coordinators in high-quality after-school and summer programs with the core competencies of literacy focus, parent engagement, and character development & cultural enrichment in the forefront.

Prior to joining the YWCA family in August of 2021, Clinton most recently fulfilled the role of Director of Education for several years at Thompson Child and Family Focus. Previously, he was a Special Education teacher for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and Wayne County Public Schools.

Clinton graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education with a concentration in Reading Literacy. He obtained his Master of Arts degree in University Leadership from Lenoir-Rhyne University.

Clinton enjoys spending time with family, biking, grilling, attending sporting events and live music concerts and festivals.
