Christina Bellamy
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Christina returns to YWCA with nearly a decade of prior service in the Department of Youth Programs, where she served as a Site Coordinator until 2018. She previously served as the Executive Director of the Keith Family YMCA of Greater Charlotte, overseeing programmatic and administrative operations for a multimillion-dollar organization. In this role, she has led nearly $1 million in renovations to create modern, mission-driven spaces that meet the evolving needs of the community, while also strengthening partnerships, leading cross-functional teams and advancing systems that support long-term sustainability and impact.
Christina holds a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and expressing her creativity through music—singing, playing the piano and writing original songs.
Deeply committed to advancing YWCA’s mission, Christina brings a strong foundation in operational leadership, a passion for people and a dedication to building equitable, inclusive and transformative communities.
