By entering your cell phone number and by using this service, you are telling YWCA Central Carolinas that you are the wireless service plan subscriber or authorized user of the cell phone number you entered to get text messages or that the plan subscriber or authorized user of the cell phone number gave you permission to enroll that number. You give YWCA Central Carolinas permission to send text messages to the enrolled cell phone number through your wireless phone carrier, unless and until you end permission per these terms and conditions. You do not have to agree to get text messages in order to buy any product or service from YWCA Central Carolinas.  This Policy, and any changes, are effective as soon as posted. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

We use Personal Information to (a) provide you with the Service, (b) process and respond to inquiries, (c) improve the Service, (d) if necessary, contact you with important announcements or messages, (e) conduct research, and (f) provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients and partners. We will not rent or sell your Personal Information to other companies or individuals. While using Our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify You. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Opting in: A mobile user might opt-in by:

·         Entering a phone number online.

or

·         Sending a Mobile Originating (MO) message to YWCA Central Carolinas.

·         Filling out a paper form that includes their phone number

Opting Out: You can stop getting text messages at any time by:

·         Replying STOP from your cell phone when you get a text.

If you change your communication preferences, it may take up to 48 hours for it to take effect.

Children: The Service is not intended for children under 13, and YWCA Central Carolinas does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Children aged 13 or older should not submit any Personal Information without the permission of their parents or guardians. By using the Service, you are representing that you are at least 18, or that you are at least 13 years old and have your parents’ permission to use the service.
