Stay In The Know With YWCA Fitness Through COVID-19

YWCA fitness members are empowered in their wellness journey, whatever their goals may be! Members have access to in-person group exercise classes, an exclusive YouTube playlist of group exercise classes, our indoor fitness facilities and our indoor pool.

Fitness Center Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 7am – 9pm 
Friday: 7am – 8pm
Saturday: 8am – 5pm
Sunday: 1pm – 5pm

Pool Hours:

Monday through Thursday: 7:00am to 7:45pm
Friday: 7:00am to 6:45pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 12:45pm
Sunday: 1:00pm to 4:45pm

What to Expect:

  • The locker rooms, showers and saunas are open.
  • Face masks are optional throughout YWCA’s fitness facility.
  • Expect reduced capacity:
    • All land group exercise classes take place with a maximum capacity of 14 participants (this includes cycle classes).
    • Maximum capacities are posted outside each fitness room.
  • Wipe down equipment, weights, mats, etc. before and after use with the cleaning materials provided.
  • All non-class swimming will be done by reservation.

Helping to Keep You Safe

The health and safety of our staff, program participants and fitness center members remains our top priority. We are emphasizing safety and wellness by:

  • Enhancing sanitization of equipment, surfaces and areas.
  • Adding day-time cleaning staff to the facility.
  • Adding hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipe stations.

A Look At Our Facility:

Group Cycle Classes
All cycle classes take place in the multipurpose room. Bikes are set up throughout the room.
Pilates & Yoga Studio
Explore a new yoga flow, join a pilates class or just get in a stretch between activities. Blue squares mark the floor where members can workout.
Weight Room
Our weight room is equipped with free weights and cable machines. You can request an orientation with fitness staff to learn how to properly use the machines.
Cardio Room
We have treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, upright bikes and rowing machines available.
Multipurpose Room
All group exercise classes take place in YWCA's multipurpose room. Group exercise classes operate on a first come, first served basis. See our group fitness schedule for class offerings and times.
Reserve A Lap Lane
YWCA fitness members are able to make reservations to swim in the indoor pool. See our swim page for more information.
Water Aerobics At YWCA
All water aerobics classes function on a first come, first served basis. YWCA water aerobics classes have a maximum capacity of 25 individuals. You can see days and times for our group aquatics classes in our pool calendar.
